Board of Directors

  • Collaborate and consult with the board on an ongoing basis to achieve association goals

  • Offer expertise to aid in the decision making process

  • Aid in establishing a yearly budget

  • Ensure the board is acting in accordance with the association by laws

  • Make sure the association by laws, mission statement, and articles of incorporation are up to date and properly filed

  • Consult with the board to prepare and file proper association and tax documentation 

 

Board Meetings

  • Reserve meeting location and negotiate venue contract if required

  • Prepare and send out meeting reminders

  • Prepare all necessary documents and prepare for distribution

  • Attend all meetings

  • Implement action items
